January blues

I was not able to go to Sinulog because my Mom backed out at the last minute, and it was too late for me to get tickets bound for Cebu anymore.  (Long story short: August 2011, she told me that she would be buying me tickets for January 2012's Sinulog.  Second week of December 2011, she had the heart to tell me that she would rather go to Davao alone.)  DEATH BY DEPRESSION.  'Twas supposed to be my first Sinulog ever, and I had been planning it ever since July 2011.  Mother was not sympathetic at all; figured she did not know of the immense and intense desire of attending what could have been my first Philippine parade/event/chenes.

Worst thing of all: Pope was there!  The little girl in me kept grudges during his entire stay-- I was too jealous to function. Haha.  The ex-ex-boyfriend did everything a guy tryna win a girl's trust back must do though; he kept me updated the whole time, to the point that he reported to me everything that he was doing at real time--even texting me while partying!  Oh well, I deserved the updates. Chos.

He gave me these cookies as my surprise.  Best. Cookies. I. Have. Ever. Tasted. In. My. Life. TOO GOOD FOR WORDS. Thank you, Popey.  You're the best!  You really know how to make Pattycake happy.

Photo sucks.  Took it using Porky's webcam.  Was gonna use Buckwheat (my DSLR), but found out that my precious camera's sick.  Iyak na ako wala akong pangayos ng dslr I hate this month.

VI

Who would have thought that we would end up staying together for this long, little boy?  I know, I know.  We have broken and made up far too many times, but that has not stopped us from running fast to come home, right?

2006 (These are what remain from this year as I erased all our pictures after our first ever break up last August 2007.)

First ever picture "together".  We ended up staying in the same room the following night with Inna, Zindee, JM and Jiana--that same night when he confessed his feelings for me.  September 2006, that fateful Ilocos-Baguio field trip that started it all.

My Ilocos/Humanities 2 friends.  Our names had to be written beside each other, of course.

2007  (No pictures as I have erased all our pictures, as explained earlier.  These photos are proof though that we were together for the first part of 2007.)
With ball and my cute cousin.  This ball was actually given to him by his ex-girlfriend, but he ended up giving it to me after the Ilocos trip.  Photo taken last April 2007.

August 2007, Boracay.  This photo would eventually be the reason as to why we got back together in 2008.

The day we decided to go to EK. Yep, just the two of us. Haha

Just one of our many "couple things".  Others include matching footwear (Silver  Havies, Brown Havies, Gray Toms, White AF1s, Blue Vans), matching sunglasses (Oakley Crosshair, Ray-Ban Wayfarer),  Kobe Shirt, etc.)

Me gustas tu!

Just some of our many pictures.  I regret erasing our pictures from 2006-2007; it would have been great to see how different we looked when we first hooked up during freshman year. Haha.  It's a good thing I did not erase everything following the 2011 break up, thank you Aix. I guess I've known all along that his affair with Aix was just a meantime thing, and that he would always find his way back home again.

Here's to more pictures, moments and love this 2012!  I won't be stressing over the dreaded 7-year itch for now.  I'll just go with the flow this time.  Girls, please stay away.  I'm serious.  Pope and I do not need another Aix Montes, thank you very much.

Balinese Dreams

Glorious Sunrise- Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia

Beautiful pieces of art everywhere.   (Actually, the whole island can be considered art.  Bali is that beautiful.)   Statues by the pool.

I'd post more pictures, but they simply won't do the island justice.  I'll see you again very soon, my little piece of Heaven on Earth.
